1961 Establishment of the company by Karl and Monika Kremsmueller in Wels (Upper Austria).

 

1966-70 First subsidiary companies abroad were established. Ruggell (Liechtenstein) and Munich (Germany) are the first members of the group of companies

 

1969 Company head office is shifted from Wels to Steinhaus, close by, where the head office of the company is located even today.

 

 

1972 Inauguration of the workshop production facility in Steinhaus.

 

 

1980 Inauguration of a new branch with a workshop production facility in Vienna.

 

 

1991 A subsidiary company is founded in Leipzig.

 

 

1992 The business division "Instrumentation and Control" is born. A new era as a "complete provider" for the industry starts.

 

 

1994 Certification according to ISO 9001 is obtained. Founding of the company "IMAG Industriemontage".

 

 

1997 The Munich company moves to new company premises with a highly modern workshop production facility in Sigmarszell (Germany). The SCC-certificate is available effective immediately for the high standard of operational safety in the group.

 

 

1998-2004 The new bases in Schwechat, Salzburg, Linz, Burghausen and Krieglach are inaugurated. In 2004, the  "Karl Kremsmueller Welding Academy" astonishes the sector with the latest training centre in Austria.

 

 

2005 "JobMeister Personaldienstleistungen", a human resources company, is founded in Wels. "Kremsmueller Tankstellentechnik", a company dealing with petrol service station engineering, is born.

 

 

2006-2007 Certification as "Accredited Calibration Centre" for the petrol service station centre. Companies are set up in the technology sector: "Batchbin Dosing Technology" and "Kremsmueller Umwelttechnik" (environment engineering). The years of internationalisation: the company "Kremsmueller România s.r.l." founded in Ploiesti and Pitesti. "Kremsmueller Middle East" starts in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).

 

 

2008-2009 Largest investment program in the history of the company. At the focal point: the tank and equipment building division at the headquarters in Steinhaus. Establishment of the companies "Tankserv" and "Acis Union" for comprehensive service concepts in tank building as well as petrol service station construction.

2010-2013 Diversification into new, technologically challenging areas. Start of in-house development of products under the brand “KTT Innovation”. In parallel, the inception of our IT company, “Kremsmueller Softwaretechnik”. In Turkey, the production of the first aluminium domes and floating roofs under the “Atreus” brand starts. The tank and apparatus construction facility in Steinhaus is also being massively expanded.
